How to use

Apply a generous amount to clean, damp hair, section by section, starting at the ends and gently massaging the strands up to the roots. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

U.S. returns and exchanges

Orders placed on Bioglance.com may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Contact us first and we'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Products must be returned new or gently used. Empty containers cannot be refunded.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds go to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost. If the original payment method isn't available, we'll issue store credit.
  • Shipping fees are refunded only if an item was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective or damaged.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund.

International returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we'll accept returns requested within 30 days of receipt. Contact us first and we'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Return postage for international orders is the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs are not refundable. We don't offer exchanges on international orders at this time.
