- In order to process and ship your order with 2nd Day or overnight shipping on the same business day, submit your order by the time noted above. Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note, Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations.
Shipping Information
- A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2ndDay shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”.
- PLEASE NOTE: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Shipping Address Disclaimer
At this time, Aveda Online is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.
Forwarding
Bioglance is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Bioglance is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
- Check with neighbors and family members
- Look around the delivery location
- Check for notice of attempted delivery
- Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Note: Bioglance monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Bioglance reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Aveda Online currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:
- AA – Armed Forces America
- AE – Armed Forces Europe
- AP – Armed Forces Pacific
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard Shipping.
APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping methods.
Alaska, Hawaii, Other US Territories
- Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.Aveda Online currently ships to the following U.S. Territories:
- America Samoa
- Guam
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- S. Virgin Islands
Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.
International Shipping Policy
All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
All international orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS. Your order will arrive 2-7 days after the order is placed. When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Bioglance has no control over these charges, nor can Bioglance predict what they may be. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 7 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
