Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or services, we want to make it right. All orders made on Bioglance.com may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are the customer's responsibility. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and payment refunded (excluding the cost of shipping your return) to your original form of payment. We will issue store credit if your original payment method is not available. Refunds on shipping fees are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped, arrives defective or damaged. Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund. Any item marked as final sale or purchased with AfterPay are not eligible for a refund.

International Returns and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept returns requested within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns for international orders. Shipping costs are not refundable for any returns. Bioglance doesn’t offer exchanges for international orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. Bioglance monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
