U.S. returns and exchanges

Orders placed on Bioglance.com may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Contact us first and we'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Products must be returned new or gently used. Empty containers cannot be refunded.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds go to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost. If the original payment method isn't available, we'll issue store credit.
Shipping fees are refunded only if an item was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective or damaged.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund.

International returns
