Potencie Conditioner coats each strand with a light film that helps seal the cuticle and makes combing easier. Silk protein, hyaluronic acid and Styleze® W-20 work together to control frizz, condition deeply, help protect hair from heat damage and improve its natural elasticity. It's the ideal aftercare to keep salon smoothing results looking their best.

How to use

  1. After shampooing, apply through the lengths of the hair, keeping about 2 cm (¾ in) away from the scalp.
  2. Massage and leave on for about 3 minutes.
  3. Rinse thoroughly.

Ingredients: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Paraffinum Liquidum, Cyclopentasiloxane, Parfum, Disodium EDTA, Polyquaternium-55, Dimethicone, Limonene, Hydrolyzed Silk, Citric Acid, Methylisothiazolinone, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Sodium Hyaluronate, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol.

Caution: For external use only. Do not use on irritated or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature, away from heat and light.

U.S. returns and exchanges

Orders placed on Bioglance.com may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Contact us first and we'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Products must be returned new or gently used. Empty containers cannot be refunded.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds go to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost. If the original payment method isn't available, we'll issue store credit.
  • Shipping fees are refunded only if an item was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective or damaged.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund.

International returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we'll accept returns requested within 30 days of receipt. Contact us first and we'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Return postage for international orders is the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs are not refundable. We don't offer exchanges on international orders at this time.
